Episode 1: Introduction

In this video I introduce the 6 Principles of Intraconnection, which are divided into 2 phases. This overview will provide a foundation for the following videos.

Phase 1 = Going Within

Self-Awareness - Courage - Vulnerability

Phase 2 = Flying Free

Empowerment - Authenticity - Self-Acceptance

Episode 2: Self-Awareness

Self-Awareness is the first step to connecting with self. If we are not aware of our thoughts, feelings, reactions and tendencies, how can we be expected to change?

Practice self-awareness with my INTRA-JOURNAL: Bring your awareness to the present moment and use your 5 senses to write down as many details as you can (what you see, hear, smell, taste touch).

Episode 3: Courage

Step 2 of Going Within is Courage. As you are practicing Self-Awareness you will likely notice certain thoughts, feelings, memories, etc. that make you uncomfortable. Your natural tendency might be to distract yourself so you don't have to sit with that feeling. But there is more information and opportunity underneath the discomfort than you realize.

Episode 4: Vulnerability

The 3rd and final step of Going Within is Vulnerability. In order to create and maintain meaningful relationships, we must allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Vulnerability allows us to experience love, belonging, creativity. and worthiness.

Episode 5: Empowerment

In this video we move into Phase 2 of Intraconnection, also known as Flying Free. The first step of Flying Free is Empowerment. Empowerment is what you begin to feel after you spend significant time working through phase 1.

Episode 6: Authenticity

We all have an authentic self, but many of us have become disconnected with it. As you are Going Within, it may be tempting to stop and turn back to the path you are used to walking. But that path has likely become dull, empty, and painful. Keep Going Within and you will further connect with the real you.

Episode 7: Self-Acceptance

You know you have put in effort Going Within when you reach the final step of Intraconnetion. If you have struggled for years with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, etc., you may feel it is difficult to like yourself at times. Painful symptoms can often lead us to further avoid and disconnect from ourselves. Going within helps us address and move through these experiences and find self-forgiveness.

Episode 8: Conclusion

In this final episode, I review the principles and phases of Intraconnection. As you've learned, the journey toward Intraconnection is both challenging and rewarding. As we all know, life is hard and there are no real shortcuts. Going within represents our intate human strength - we CAN sit with what is uncomfortable or painful, and we will become stronger because of it. Who we are is who we are. Instead of running, Go Within and let yourself Fly Free.

Know who you are. Like who you are. Be who you are.
